Patrick started acting late through NAPAC Opera Company and works between his place of residence in Capetown and London. He spent many years before this as a safari guide in Southern Africa. Having started at Mala Mala game reserve he went on to run Clive Walkers walking safaris in the Okavango in Botswana and Klaserie game reserve where he eventually ran his own camp " Patricks ".
